Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us promptly with your updated address. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Currently, we are shipping only within India.

Standard delivery within India takes 10–15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.

Product & Craftsmanship

Mivara garments are crafted using premium fabrics and hand-done techniques like block printing, hand embroidery, and artisanal dyeing. Slight variations are natural and reflect the human touch behind every piece.

Our garments feature delicate hand printing and embroidery. To preserve their beauty:
- Dry clean only for best results
- Steam press only; avoid high heat
- Do not bleach or tumble dry
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- For pieces with hand embroidery or delicate work, avoid excessive rubbing or stretching

Color and print variations can occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, and handcrafted techniques. These are not considered defects but a hallmark of artisanal work.

Yes. Minor differences or imperfections in hand embroidery or printing are expected and enhance the uniqueness of each piece.

We offer detailed size charts on each product page. Since many pieces are semi-fitted or relaxed, we recommend referring to the measurements listed and contacting us for custom guidance if needed.

We produce limited quantities of each design. You can click “Notify Me” on the product page to receive a restock alert if it becomes available again.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Only store credit is offered once the returned item is approved.

Email us at info@mivarabykhyati.com with your order number and reason within 3 days of delivery. If approved, a return pickup will be arranged at a ₹100 charge.

Store credit will be issued via email within 24 hours of receiving and approving the returned item. The ₹100 return fee will be deducted.

You will receive a unique coupon code via email. Use it at checkout under the 'Apply Coupon' section. Ensure you're logged in with the same email ID used for your original purchase.

We do not offer monetary refunds for orders delivered in perfect condition due to the time and care invested in each product.

No. Orders once placed (even if not shipped) are not eligible for monetary refunds. Store credit may be offered in rare cases.

Refunds are only processed in case of order errors (e.g., wrong or missing items). Approved refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment mode; for COD orders, we request bank details.

No. Only one return or exchange request per order is allowed.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets. COD is available on domestic orders with applicable charges.
